Electric Heating Elements

The electric heating elements are built with Ni Cr 80/20 wire, placed in the centre of a metal tube and insulated with high quality magnesium oxide (MgO), compacted by cold drawing.

The heating elements can be supplied smooth or finned, improving in this case the heat exchange with gaseous fluids. Various possibilities of materials available for the sheath, such as Carbon steel,304 (L), 316 (L), 321 stainless steel, Copper, Titanium, Inconel 600 or 625x, Incoloy 800 or 825, Monel, Hastelloy.Special executions according to customer drawing.

Flanged Heaters

The F.A.T.I. of flanged heaters is suitable for all process fluids, and non-corrosive to construction materials. Flanged immersion heaters are made up of U-shaped bent tubular elements, welded to a flange, and complete with electrical safety components and connection housing (head).

Electric exchangers

The F.A.T.I. produces electric heat exchangers for heating any type of gas or liquid. In particular, exchangers can be supplied forDemineralized freshwater, Diathermic oil and liquid hydrocarbons, Air or nitrogen, Natural gas, Methane, and Process gas of any type.

Electric Duct Heaters

The electric heaters, with protection degrees IP40, IP55, IP65, IP66, are suitable for use in a considerable number of industrial applications and processes, to heat air or gas flows inert, in a safe area.

Threaded Heaters

Our threaded immersion heaters are composed of tubular elements welded to a screw cap, which can be screwed to a threaded inlet placed in the tank wall.The electric heating elements are built with selected Ni Cr 80/20 wire, placed in the center of a metal tube, and insulated with high-quality magnesium oxide (MgO), compacted by cold drawing.
