VS102 Electronic Vibration Switch
The VS102 Electronic Vibration Switch is designed to be a cost-effective solution for vibration switch applications. The VS102’s unique and rugged design is suitable for harsh environments. It has a universal mounting feature, relays or triacs, and a 4-20mA output.
PT500 Mechanical Vibration Switch
The PT 500 is an economical solution to provide basic vibration protection for your rotating or reciprocating machines. The PT 500 uses an inertia-sensitive mechanism which actuates internal micro-switch contacts when the vibration level exceeds the adjustable set point. The PT 500 start-up delay feature prevents the switch from activating during the higher vibration levels present during the start-up of the machine so that the set point may be adjusted closer to the vibration levels present during normal operation or running speed of the machine.
PT580 Digital Electronic Vibration Switch
The PT580 Digital Vibration Switch is designed to be the “one-stop shop” for all vibration switch applications. The PT580 is fully programmable and suitable for harsh environments and hazardous areas. It has a universal mounting feature, wide operating temperature range, dual alarms, 4-20mA output, Modbus communication, and works with an internal or remote sensor.
Proximity Loop Powered Transmitter
It is a cost-effective solution for monitoring the radial vibration on the shaft of the balance of plant machines. It combines the proximity probe driver and the signal conditioning circuit into one package. It works with a proximity probe and extension cable as a system.
Condition Management System
PCM360 is a machine condition management system that collects, stores, analyses, and distributes machine status monitoring information to LAN or the internet. The PCM360 provides static, dynamic, and transient data collection and analysis, such as a graphical indication of vibration level, trend, waveform, spectrum, bode plots, cascade plots, and much more.
The PCM360 can obtain both critical machinery running status and balance of plant running status. The PCM360 is also capable of collecting process data with 4-20mA, Modbus, etc. The PCM360 provides an integrated system solution for asset management supplying a total solution for machine maintenance and protection.
