Admin Executive (India)
  • Handle all the administration works in day to day operation of the company. 
  • Handling of sales enquiries and providing quotations as per request.
  • Follow up all the quotations and close all sales opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with the supplier and customer regarding the payment and delivery of goods.
  • Arranging shipment of goods from overseas.
  • Coordinate with other depts, customers and suppliers for successful implementation of projects. 
  • Preparation and Submission of GST Report.
  • Documentation works related to Sales Orders, ISO Quality Control, Project Reports, etc.
  • Degree or Diploma in any field. 1 year admin experience is needed.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
