Adsorbent Bed-type Mercury and H2S Removal Units

Blissflow, our adsorber tower is where the magic happens. The feed gas enters at the top and makes its way down, coming into contact with our carefully selected adsorbent bed that targets Mercury and H2S. Thanks to our lead/lag design, we can offer maximum flexibility in vessel configuration and ensure the media is used efficiently.

We supply Adsorbent Bed Type Mercury and H2S Removal Units to India, Middle East, Singapore and Malaysia.

As the gas flows through the lead bed and into the lag or guard bed, we’re able to make sure the impurities are removed effectively. When it’s time to replace the adsorbent media in the lead bed, we simply take it offline for a short period, allowing the lag bed to step up and treat the full gas flow. Once the new media is in place, the lead and lag beds switch roles, giving our operators the ability to maximize the capacity of the beds and ensure the adsorbent has a long and effective operating life. With added features like interconnecting piping, valves, steelworks, instrumentation, control systems, and the option for an inlet separator, our unit provides everything you need for optimal performance.
